EQVVS Avis 

I had ordered a polo shirt from EQVVS and hadn’t received it over 10 days later. I contacted them and within a day they had rectified the problem by sending out a replacement order because some how the original order had gone missing. Special shout to Dominic, thank you for your assistance, top notch customer service.

Best customer service I’ve had in a long time, will definitely be using this company again…

I recently ordered Arigato clean 90 trainers that show on the website as being a “ brilliant white “ colour and is the main reason I ordered them.

When received , they were an Off white/ more toward cream colour. This may well be what they are supposed to be as the box did state “white “ but nothing like the pictures on website.
I quickly emailed the company who responded asking for pictures but did not answer any of my questions.
I responded with a further 3 emails only to be completely blanked with no further response.
Terrible customer service , I have returned the item and will not be using this site again.

I haven’t received my parcel, but it’s not because of EQVVS, they’ve been excellent since I’ve contacted them, it can’t fault their customer service team.

Clothes came stained. Read previous reports that returns are a nightmare so just sucked it up...won't be using again though in store or online

Fantastic Company.. I ordered a t-shirt to be delivered to store...I wanted the Mansfield store but realised it was for Lincoln store, I Sent an email explaining my mistake and it was sorted straight away and sent to my chosen store.. very professional, polite and helpful. First class customer service!!

Emailing trying to get answers is a bloody joke, I might aswell buy it from somewhere else it's quicker

Excellent customer care…. Had an issue with delivery which was resolved quickly & efficiently by Jules… will definitely recommend & use EQVVS again.

A DPD delivery mishap resulted in me potentially not receiving a time sensitive delivery before leaving the UK. Jules at EQVVS went above and beyond, emailing me with timely updates and calling me with a constructive solution when it was clear DPD was unable to fulfil its delivery obligation. I have rarely encountered such helpful solution orientated customer service and all of Jules efforts went a long way in making what would have been a disastrous purchase to a very positive customer experience.

First time order with this company, I ordered a really nice jacket in the smallest available size but it was too wide and so I had to return (gutted). Great communication from Harvey who confirmed my return was received and refund processed promptly. No doubt I'll return again if I see something else.

Great service from EGVVS ordered 2 polo shirt and had to return them as too big. I found your returns system excellent I exchanged one for smaller size and had the other refunded as out of stock thank you .

Used this site regularly, recently bought a few tshirts, too large so returned in original packaging to be told no refund as they had splash marks on them. They were tried on in my bedroom and instantly folded up & put back in their original packaging. Then received an email stating the above. Absolute nonsense, they posted the tshirt back, minus the original individual tshirt packaging. I can't see any splash marks like they claim & seeing as I am now stuck with garments that are too big I can't even claim they are brand new & attempt to sell them on other sites as they don't have the original tshirt packaging which EQVVS couldn't be arsed to send them back in. Was a frequent user of this site, not anymore!

I had an issue with a product I had bought and the customer service team were excellent at coming to a solution that suited us both.

I had an immediate response from customer services who were able to resolve my problem quickly and satisfactorily.
These actions will encourage me to use the company again. Excellent

Amazing customer service

I bought a shirt after stumbling across this company by mistake, the purchase process was simple. The item was delivered promptly and to my surprise after opening the packaging there was an envelope attached to the invoice with a gift voucher off my next purchase. So I immediately went back on the site to spend a little more and use the voucher. After a few attempts to use the voucher I had to contact the company to verify it. Customer service was fantastic, Jules was the operator I was being dealt with and after a short spell every thing was in order for me to carry out my purchase. What a great company 5 star service, I'll be shopping on line with this company for a long time.
