EricCraft. They're liars and thieves. They show and describe their product as a quilted tote and its just a cheap PRINTED bag not worth ¼ what they charged. Is return it for a refund but they won't refund it. Instead, this sorry Chinese company charges crazy shipping costs that easy up every bit of the refund and then some. Paypal needs to ban them.

They will take your money and not send you the product. I placed an order in June and I have not received the product. I have reached out to the company 3 times. Now, my emails get bounced back to me. I am so discourage.

Product is good shipping is just about how you expect it to be these people expecting it to be like ordering straight from amazon are delusional. Luckly received my order within the expected shipping time, overall quality could be better other than that would buy again.
I ordered may 17 and its june 1st and the tracking link no longer works and the last time it did it was sitting in jfk customs for 4 days , i see alot of bad reveiws and this has me worried. they also said 7- 10 day shipping, idk how the hell it just goes and sits somewhere
HORRIBLE shipping! Shipping says 7-14 days and its been WELL over that. My order was placed APRIL 28th- and has been sitting in Miami since May 9.
The shorts actually look good. They also feel really good quality. And for the price you can’t say much but they are really good. It also came in like a week and 2 days.
Horrible quality compared to what’s shown on their ads
Absolutely horrible experience. Currently am still waiting on the package after 1.5 months of waiting. Have send multiple emails in which they “assured” me it was on the way and they were tracking my package. Only for them to turn around and say “I think we lost it, but we’ll send you a new one”. Haven’t seen a tracking code or anything since that day. DO NOT ORDER.
Good quality for a fake, didn’t take long to ship, good price
The absolute worst experience ever. Shipped my son’s shorts to the next town over to us. Then told me that my postal code was wrong. Except I’ve been at this address for 30 years!!! I had to Google my area and show them that my postal code was correct and I still haven’t received our shorts or a refund. This company is a complete joke and should be shut down.
I am still waiting for my order from the beginning of December! There is no response from the customer service team. This is a terrible experience.
