Sito web da denunciare per truffa aggravata, visto che in automatico si sono prelevati 29.5€, ho dovuto bloccare la carta.

Ho ricevuto un accredito div29.95€ senza avere mai contattato questo sito.. una grande truffa mi tocca bloccare la carta di credito ricaricabile.

Misleading price information.If you have a bank card linked to your Google they will go for it ,be careful and do not deal with them and more like them !!! SCAMMERS

Looking for a manual. Asked for card details 1p to download the manual. A day later I noticed £29.90 come out if my bank ! From esr live. So I contacted my bank. As I hadn’t subscribed to this BS contacted esr live and just have a generated email back waiting for money to go back into my account finally heard from esr saying they had sent email to me which I haven’t had more BS it is cancelled but I will be contacting my bank to make sure no more money comes out

AVOID DOING CARD PAYMENTS FOR SO CALLED MANUALS ITS A MASSIVE CON !

A charge for 29.90 came through on my card without my permission. I don't know the company and did not authorize the charge. I see others have had the same experience, which is shocking.

Absolute con...said 1pence for a tool manual which never appeared,so instantly deleted app. 2 days later they took £29.95 out of the account I paid the 1 pence on. Apparently I agreed to a monthly subscription. This I did not...Con Con Con Avoid Avoid Avoid

Was browsing Pinterest. Thought I was getting a free knitting pattern. No idea who they are. They have taken a month's subscription without my authorisation. Have involved the bank and put a stop to further subscriptions.

I do not know who these people are, £29.50 for 3 months before I noticed, stopped the payments, and emailed them for a refund, so let's see what happens.

My son has been charged £29.90 doesn’t have any idea who this is this ESR LIVE i have seen people on here say they have been refunded. Who do i contact for this please??

Someone subscribed on my account or I think I did without realisation , I got charged 29.99 something and I explained my situation to them and they happily explained to me how their system works and refunded me as well even tho technically it would have been my fault and they didn’t have to but did ! Top service !

I didn’t cancel my trial and was debited a subscription much to my horror.
Rang customer services and they explained everything to me and gave me a full refund.
They were very helpful, the whole thing was dealt with expeditiously and professionally.

My daughter had a subscription issue, and upon reaching out to the customer care team, the problem was quickly resolved. The customer support service displayed a commendable level of professionalism - a very rare thing these days. Bravo Esrlive!
