Fake site - I was about to place an order so luckily I avoided any issues ahead of time but I wanted to add another honest note here for future prospective buyers. Don’t shop here - the site security reviews are poorly displayed/possibly fake as I suspect. As an IT security analyst, I can’t stand by an obvious scam. Also multiple reviews unfortunately from customers who placed orders with issues where the website threatened legal action! SMH.

Wish I checked reviews first. From now on I will from any place. This is the first time I've got my lass something that she doesn't like. I thought it would be better but not the necklace wasn't just a blurred picture. It's actually that bad! "24k" more like a bad paint job on some plastic. Never trusting sites again unless proven worthy. In 8 years never once has this happened.

The website domain shows it is located local to wherever you are. I'm my case NZ so .co.nz however they are shipped from Sydney Australia. This is advised under shipping on the website however at the time of ordering it noted it will be shipped within 24hours and delivered under express shipping within 72hours. This has since then been updated to specify there could be delays.
I have only just received my order after a month and numerous emails back and forth with the company which they kept telling me it will definitely ship within 48hours.
It was only when I told them I spoke with a lawyer and would start court action they suddenly shipped within 24hours.
I missed the date of the event for gifting and spent hours contacting this company to be fobbed off over and over again. I would not recommend purchasing from them at all.
It is not worth a month with of stress even for the beautiful product.
Their website guarantees as to shipping do not mean anything!

Oh My God! I received my order today for my Wife and to say “blown away” does not even cover it!

I quote my Wife “it’s the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen” “I could never have imagined something so beautiful, so precious, so meaningful” she has not stopped crying yet.

What an OUTSTANDING product, OUTSTANDING company, OUTSTANDING service.

WOW!!!!

So ordered then discovered it was coming from Aus. Went with the flow assuming things were going to go badly. A few days later my package arrived. On opening the very nice presentation box found just air. No gold dipped rose..... arghhhhh. Then I came to read reviews and saw the negative comments about this company and its customer service.
I contacted customer service and explained. I received a message back next morning saying sorry and that a new rose would be sent out next working day. Received the rose 3 working days later. All the way through customer service was great to me and received DHL notices through whole process.
All in all very pleased. Unlike others I was extremely happy with customer service.

I ordered this product on 10 Nov and it was delivered on 13 Nov. This was amazing as it came from Australia. I was updated on every stage of the delivery through DHL.
The Rose arrived in a leather case and is stunning. I have read bad reviews about his product but can only say that my experience is that from ordering to having the Rose in my hand has been a vey good experience.

I ordered a silver rose from eternity rose. They shipped it and then it was lost. They supposedly shipped another one. I tried contacting them many many times by email and phone with no calls back. The phone number you call is just an answering service. They take the message and tell you someone will call back. They never called me once. They have never refunded me for the rose!!!! Spread the word about this criminal enterprise!!!!

I ordered this Rose for my mums 80th Birthday on 13th May and after numerous updates from the courier about delivery date and time it arrived on 18th May 2021.

The Rose is stunning and presented in a beautifull black case and I could not be happier with ordering, delivery and product.

I can highly recommend this Rose and would buy again from The Eternity Rose. Cant wait to give it to Mum.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE, can't answer any questions about my order. Asked for my number and said someone would "call me." Nobody called (surprised?). (855) 997-0311 number from email doesn't work (surprised). Never received a tracking number for shipment. I was fed up and cancelled my order through my credit card by disputing the charge. And that is what Alyssa (customer service rep said to do lol). Freaking unbelievable... At least I have 4 days to find an anniversary gift for my wife.

If i could give zero stars I would definitely give it to this business.

Businesses like this don’t deserve to operate when they can’t even do the basics such as answering customers and deliver the items on time.

I’ve ordered an item almost 40 days ago still haven’t received my refund because the item never got delivered and now it says it’s in their warehouse and they’re still refusing to give my money back and been delaying this process for over two weeks now.

Not acceptable as I’ve been working in the e-commerce businesses myself and I can assure you that this is the WORST online business I’ve dealt with.

Can I say how disgusting I have been dealt with by your company!!!!!

I ordered a product for my anniversary on Saturday and paid on your website via credit card, on the Tuesday after getting confirmation on the weekend of my order, I get an email saying that I need to verify my credit card which I did!!! Even though the original payment went through with no issues!!

At this point after giving all the information I asked if the product had been shipped which I was told no because I had put a wrong amount in!
How can I put a wrong amount in when i clicked on the product and paid for it on your site and it was a product in my cart!!!
I rang the company twice and was told someone would ring me back which still hasn’t happened, I have just got a rude email saying I put put the wrong amount in when I purchased it! Which is amazing as I clicked the basket and paid for it!!

I am absolutely amazed by this and its terrible I will be on to the bank for a refund

People of the UK,
Please don’t be fooled by the co.uk website address. You are trading with Australia, and this time zone difference is an issue if things go wrong.

The company has left me with 3 days to source another gift for our 25th wedding anniversary after the rose they shipped had a manufacture fault. So much for quality standards!

After 5 days of emailing and phoning, I am still unable to find out if they intend to ship a replacement and if this will arrive in time for the big day. So much for customer service!

The product was lovely (other than the fault) but you will need to plan ahead and allow plenty of time for the returns process. So much for 24h turn around!

Buyer beware. The website is slick but the company does not deliver on its (or your) promises.

I placed my ordered and due to the wording on the website I ended up selecting the wrong rose. Luckly I realised when reading the confirmation email minutes later so I email the Eternity Rose about the product change (no price difference) in my order. It was late so I went to sleep only to wake up the next day to an email from Louise Vasquez telling me it was too late to change (even though I send the correction minutes after placing the order) and that I'd have to go through the returns process once the rose was dispatched and delivered. So basically the people at Eternity Rose said they are going to send me an item knowing it's not the one I want. I'm amazed at how unwilling to help the people at Eternity Rose are. I was told to buy another one if the delivery time was an issue. Absolute joke, don't bother, the Australian website is just a front for an American company that don't care about customers, just their money.

Cost: $179.99 - please note prices vary you may receive a cheaper 1 by picking that 1 out or pay more for a beautiful vase with it!

First off let me say, this has totally exceeded my expectations! Also WOW great shipping I was told delivery on Wednesday and on Monday I was so surprised I received this early!
Process:
* Each Rose (real rose) is hand picked and dipped in 24k Gold
* They are placed in a beautiful Leather display case and presented with a card of Authenticity
* Packed very neatly
* Shipped to door
As always I put this rose through a few quick average test including a small drop, a try at a quick bend, and putting dirt on it than cleaning it, the result was Nothing it stayed in its form, withheld through my trials and stayed stunningly beautiful. So now you know it's actually quite durable too !
To top off this wonderful piece of beauty the customer service was prompt at answering emails! 5 Stars and I suggest you go at least take a look at what they offer - they even have gifts for him!!
