Over the years I’ve had various accounts - starting off with shared, moving up through the packages to dedicated and then going cloud based more recently.
Technical support is very responsive and available all the time. The ticketing system works amazingly well.
Prices of products and services are competitive and the quality of these products and services is amazing.
There’s not many companies that I’ve been with for over 2 decades for anything which is testament to their amazing customer service.

Sara S found the solutions I was looking for. Had issues using the admin dashboard to set up redirects however, with Sara's help we were able to find a fix. She was also able to help with a connection problem identifying some of the issues preventing access to the website in the first place.
