The whole buying process was smooth. Initially, Ivana was my contact person. She was very helpful - giving insight about the watch, communicating the price including the state sales tax, following up with the receipt of the wired funds, and emailing me the day when to receive the watch. Excellent customer service from Ivana. Please let her know that when I am ready to purchase the next watch, she will be my contact.
The watch was nicely packed with all the warranties and paperwork. The box arrived in good condition on overnight FedEx.
The actual watch was in conformity with the photos on the web page.
