Europe Archery Avis 16

Ik ben onlangs langs geweest bij Europe Archery en ben echt super goed geholpen. Het personeel is vriendelijk, neemt de tijd voor je en geeft duidelijk en deskundig advies. Of je nu beginner bent of al ervaring hebt, ze denken echt met je mee.

De service was top en ik voelde me direct welkom. Zeker een aanrader voor iedereen die geïnteresseerd is in boogschieten!

Some time ago I bought my bow at the Europe Archery store and I was helped extremely well. I received great advice from a young man named Tim, who took the time to explain everything and properly set up the bow for me. You can immediately tell that the people working there are real specialists who know exactly what they’re doing.

Since then I keep coming back to Europe Archery. Nowadays I usually order smaller equipment through their webshop, which always works perfectly as well.

Great company with a lot of knowledge and excellent service, definitely recommended for any archer!

I ordered a satori with a lot of other items (1000 €). When is arrived a wrong sleeve, they sent me in few hours the right item! Great shop and great customer care! Thanks a lot mrs Rebecca.

Had some string/cabel demage on a set that whas 4 months old.
We claimed waranty because the loop of the bow string was to big and that was why the string did not fit well in the cam, wich cause shafing and broke the serving and a few string fibers.
We asked for an emergency order for a new set.
We did not hear anything for a month and than the lying and finger pointing started.
First they said communication went trough the trainer (we made the order, not the trainer), than the they had called us (no missed calls on our end) and then the set was ready for collection for more than a week ( later it turned out it was there for a few days)
But than......, they prommised to send the cable/string set by mail to us on monday.
On friday we still did not have the set
THEY NEVER SEND IT.
Long story short, we were wrong, they were wright.
They prommise and lie.
Verry bad service and support.
Bought 3 compound bows and 2 recurve bows, not counting expensive arows, over the years.
I will never set foot in that shop or order from them again!
If it wasn't for a spare bow we could borrow, we could not shoot for more than a month.

Europe archery is a great shop providing a great support and service. They know their product . The communication is easy. They answer within hours .
My experience on line with them was perfect.

sent a mail to ask to buy a complete package, received answer with some questions, decent budget( they asked how much i want to spend) and since no answer. called them- too busy.. whats-app- no reply, seems this is how they handle customers. never had it in my life with such customer ignorance

I'm am very pleased with this archery store and I recommend it 100%.

When I was going to buy my first bow from here I didn't know some of the stuff. For example, I didn't know if everything was in stock or if all the parts ''fitted'' together. So of course I wrote to them and asked some questions. For example, if some items were in stock and if the fit together.

And I'm very pleased with all the information I've got. They reply VERY fast (on working days of course). And they are really nice and know a lot of stuff about archery. They even sended me pictures of some of the items and the Limbs and Riser together that I've decided to get. They did everything to make me happy and have a good customer experience.

And damn, I did have a good experience. They helped me with everything. From tracking my package, sending pictures of the items, said if something was missing in their stock and so on. They answered everything. And that makes me really happy as a customer!

So, I'm very happy with this shop and their service and prices. And I recommend this shop to ANYONE that wants to buy a bow!

Two issues I am not happy with.
1. Europe Archery did not have a particular bow and arrow kit available in stock although it was available online when I made the order. I accepted to take extra arrows instead of the forearm protection and stringer.
They only gave me one single extra arrow worth €5. They should have given me €12-14 worth of arrows minimum. They have been notified, nothing changed.
2. The first order arrived after just 5 days, normal. This is what they promised via email. All their orders in the past came via DHL, UPS or similar. This time they decide to ship via PostNL... probably cheaper. I have a tracking code and over 30+ days later, the package did not arrive in Malta yet. I requested to cancel my order because since then I ordered arrows from another store online and received them in the same week.

Don't give me covid excuses.

I will NOT be doing business with them any longer.
This year I spent over €1500... they will not see another cent.

On the plus side, they reply to emails quick.

recently purchased a crossbow from these guys and i was very impressed with the service i received. The bow i ordered was out of stock but they kept me well informed along the way with regular emails and i received my bow ahead of schedule at least a week in advance of everyone else in the uk so im well happy.
