I came in to buy a bmw M235i from my sales man Adam who was so helpful and kind through the whole process, I also met manger dan and lee and lees’s partner (who’s car i actually bought!) who were all so lovely and sad to see the car go! A very very well looked after and maintained car i will love and cherish! Also mention to Zoe who did my handover and helped me into the transaction of my new car thankyou so much Zoe! When given a time for delivery they should not keep people waiting 29 minutes .Simarly they should locate the completed car for collection and not keep customers waiting again
