Read the small print
Terrible customer service from service manager. Infact she was really rude !! If you purchase a service agreement, make sure you READ THE SMALL PRINT. Was given incorrect cost , by the member of staff who sold me the plan. Later realised the cost did not include VAT.
Dishonest dealings. Never again.

I’m Really happy with my experience here staff were welcoming and friendly, professional and efficient. I would absolutely recommend to anybody and would definitely buy another car from here. Sales executive Jordan Marshall and sales manager Lauren were brilliant made me feel welcome as soon as i walked in and explained everything thoroughly. Really couldn't fault this place the best showroom i’ve ever been to. Thank you so much for my new car.

Mechanics are dreadful
Recently had my timing belt changed by this garage and in the process they have damaged my diesel fuel pipe. Which resulted in diesel leaking. Also had my service done at this dealership which resulted in my exhaust pipe being snapped. The excuse was it was corroded. I checked the exhaust pipe before the service and it was intact. And when you here the service desk boasting how they make a bonus on services costing £180 a more in earshot I find this disgusting. No confidence in the service desk and definitely no the engineers. Stay well clear from this dacia dealership. It’s even made me not want to buy another dacia.
