Brilliant experience dealing with Evans Halshaw Altrincham especially the lovely Mughera who was absolutely fantastic to deal with. She knows her stuff and was there every step of the way always at the end of the phone or an email away if I needed to contact her. Previous cars I’ve got have been from Evans Halshaw Old Trafford but from now on when I get a new car I’ll be going to the Altrincham one so Mughera you better not leave there as you made the experience as smooth and easy as it possibly could be. I recently purchased a Nissan Qashqai. My Sales Rep Iain replied to my numerous questions via email promptly and in detail even on his day off & resolved any minor issues I had. Collecting the car was very quick & easy and the car even had some fuel added and some new car mats included.

Fantastic new car sales team.
Edward Cox and the new car sales team have once again provided my wife and I with excellent customer service, we have been treated fairly, with respect and with our best interests in mind.

Very good customer service
Traded in my old Ford Kuga for a 3 year old used st-line 1.5 Kuga. My experience during the pre sale and collection of my car was good and I felt the salesman Obi was professional throughout. Sadly it took a few weeks for the return of my deposit, but everything now is completed and i would not hesitate to reccomend Evans Halshaw Altrinham

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service! Lots of unoccupied staff wandering around yet seemed incapable of coming over and asking if I needed any help. When I approached someone I was told to take a seat as the person I had my appointment with was with someone else. Sort the appointment times out or get someone else to see me - it's common sense! 15 minutes passed and I still hadn't been seen to so approached the same man and asked for my reservation fee to be returned. He went to ask management who then arranged the refund. Only then did management offer to show me the car I had arranged to view but unfortunately, first impressions are lasting. Avoid at all costs as if this is how they treat potential customers, I dread to think of the customer service once they have your money.
