Aggressive Sales & Poor service
After having had three seperate cars on PCP/Lease for the Ashton Under Lyne branch we had decided that we wanted to move away from PCP/Lease and purchase a car outright.
This is where Ford turned on us, they harassed my wife with phone calls from multiple sales reps.
During an appointment in which we wanted to discuss the return process we were lied to by a sales rep and spoken to like we had learning difficulties by an arrogant sales manager.
When we eventually returned the vehicle following yet another run in with an aggressive sales rep. The returns rep whilst polite, messed up the returns process and we went from leaving the deal with £800 to being told 3 days later we owe them £300.
The whole process has left a very bad taste and I would never use Evans Halshaw again.
