Van taken in and not repaired was…
Van taken in and not repaired was advised to take it away with the faults and come back a week later. We told them we needed a hire vehicle again and was provided with a small car not suitable to get our tools in. Also had no fuel in the hire vehicle we were given. Getting through to them on the phone is a nightmare constantly ringing out.

Friendly and engaging staff.
Especially Ellie the service desk girl who dealt with me, polite and helpful when I got my dates mixed up with car service. Next owner of a green focus ST.
Matt who sold me my car is an example employee in terms of customer engagement, Genuine and goes beyond to know more about you making you feel comfortable. Gives me advice on on vehicles and potential choices. Overall top guy will be a returning customer.

New car / re-finance
My previous cars finance was coming to an end. Jayson Wilcock at ford Blackburn helped through the whole process of my choices re-finance the previous car or choose to pay a balloon payment or finance a new car. He made it an easy and smooth process, talked me through all my options and I walked away happy with my new car and new nicely priced finance.

5 Stars to the sales guys at Ford Blackburn
During my visit I dealt with two Sales Executives – Jayson Wilcock and Samuel Thorp. These two guys were approachable, accommodating, friendly and confident. I wasn't pressured in the slightest and was left to browse the vehicle range by myself without being hassled, which was a breath of fresh air and extremely rare in this industry. They both answered all my questions with honesty and precision. I ended up getting the vehicle and deal I set out to get. The full process from start to finish was extremely painless and super easy thanks to these guys. I would highly recommend visiting Ford Blackburn if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.

Amazing experience
Sam was amazing right from the start. So helpful with all the questions I had, nothing was too much of a hassle. Kept me upto date with everything and didn't put any pressure on to sell the car. Evan’s halshaw Blackburn. Avoid
Bought a second hand car from them few months later a coolant pipe blew off. Got AA OUT they refitted the pipe. Couple months later bad coolant leak. Few months after head gasket went. New recon engine fitted 8 days later about 50 miles engine blew up. Got it towed in 7th October and was promised on 1st December by the manager Joe that it would be back on the road in 2 weeks ment to be 2nd week of December. Now it’s 9th January and still no car. And they have told Blackhorse that I told them to put a stop on fitting replacement engine. All lies and I have transcript of that conversation coming I have not spoken to them since 1st December I’ve rung up to speak to the manager tonight was told he would ring me back shortly but no

2 new cars , both broke down within weeks
Me and my son both bought new cars and within weeks they both broke down . Both took over 2 weeks to fix when mine was just a simple replacement battery . Had to keep ringing for updates as I didn't get calls from them
