Great buying experience
Myself and my partner had a fantastic experience at the Blackburn Branch of Evans Halshaw dealing with Renyo. We viewed and test drove a car a week ago but unfortunately it sold as we'd gone away to make a decision regarding the purchase. Renyo gave some great advice and wasn't pushing or overbearing regarding that sale. We went away to try and source a similar car but knew we wanted to deal with Renyo. Due to his excellent customer service, I reached out to Reyno as we'd seen a similar car but at a Leeds branch. Renyo arranged it to be moved to our local branch for us to purchase. He went above and beyond. He wasn't pushy, completely honest and very witty. Even made a nice hot chocolate too!!! Would definitely recommend purchasing a car from Renyo! We now have our perfect family car.

Asad made buying our (nearly) new car very simple and he was very professional and an excellent communicator throughout the process of trade in, negotiation, test drive, buying process etc.
He ensured the car was fully ready, it needed a small repair job and on the day of collection there was a smooth handover. He also kept us fully informed of progress from initial down payment to collection. Thank you for your customer service it was a pleasure.

Purchased a second hand car
Purchased a second hand car, the car hadn't been cleaned properly, I asked for a large paint chip to be put right, it was badly touched in, withing 10 days I had to put air in the 4 tyres, they obviously hadn't been checked before I picked the car up!

Asad was great from start to finish. It took a long time to sort everything out but he was patient and worked hard to help get us through and purchase the car we wanted. The car we wanted was at a different dealer but this wasn’t a problem and the guys went and picked it up for us
