Evans Halshaw - Ford Blackpool Avis 

We arrived here to look around at updating our old Focus. One of the salesmen asked if we were ok and we said we were interested in a Puma. He showed us 2 and we settled on a 2 year old ST Line in blue. Anthony Lowe (the salesman) was so helpful, explaining everything in detail. We picked it up yesterday (2 days after our test drive) and are over the moon. Well done Anthony you are a really great guy!! Could not recommend highly enough!!

I was looked after very well by Katie today who kept me informed throughout my visit. Katie was so helpful and friendly, and it was so nice dealing with a female as car dealerships can be quite intimidating. I would have given 5 stars on account of this experience but i have given 4 on account of the length of time my car was in the workshop getting the 2 new tyres fitted (2 hours).

Efficient and fairly priced. Took a bit longer than anticipated as I waited for the car.

Stay away from these habitual liars.
Nil customer service, they never answer their phone and treat you like a fool. After the fact they act like they care, but they do not. My advice is to go elsewhere if possible.

I went into Evans Halshaw in a bit of a panic as my lease car had come up with a fault the day before (Sunday) telling me to urgently take it to a dealership as the fault was making it gradually lose power. I was fortunate enough to be greeted by Katie who went out of her way to ensure that my car was looked at urgently. Everyone I came into contact with was helpful and polite but Katie in particular was a real asset, she talked me through the printout after my car had been connected to the diagnostic machine and explained what needed doing. Thanks so much Katie and Evans Halshaw.

I have bought both my cars from EH Blackpool and had them serviced and MOT'd there every year. I am happy with the customer service and had no issues with any of the work I've had done on either car over the years.

Katie a new member of the team i believe made me feel so comfortable like I was chatting to a friend. Katie was actually so informative I was so impressed she knew so much all ready. Lovely to speak to a lady too as I didn't feel so stupid asking my questions. Great addition to your team. Thank you to Katie for brightening my day which had begun not so good.

Spoke to two people in sales. Coco the Clown and Audrigde Prior. I have never known a place like it. They think a 2022 Focus Vignale is worth more than a 2023 Focus ST Line Vignale with the same mileage etc.
a bunch of numpties who don’t follow their own price matching policies. So am thinking one to refer to the Ombudsmen for false advertising!
Oh and in addition to this, the photos of the car in question, looks all super shiny and lovely, that’s because it’s the photos after delivery from new, showing 5 miles only!! They conveniently forget to say “photos of the car are from when it came in to stock, a year and 8,000 miles ago”. Bunch of con artists.

They have been excellent from start to finish even contacted ford on my behalf.
