Evans Halshaw - Ford Blackpool Avis 

Fantastic experience with Ian Durham, he helped so much throughout, answered all questions clearly & has followed up with further information when needed. Bought a lovely Vauxhall grandland X vehicle, super experience.
He could not do anything more, he is a credit to the team & I am very pleased with the service. Service from Ian was with a smile which made the experience very comfortable. And the manager Otis also helped get us a very good deal with great manners & also a smile.

I was looking for a brand new mobility car and the 1st place I went was Evan’s Halshaw. I was greeted by a very rude man who looked at me like I was going in there to rob the place. It only went worse from there. I asked about mobility cars and he told me that they didn’t have any that I wanted. How did he know what I wanted?? I left and went straight to Harry Feeney’s further down the same road. Things happen for a reason I’ve always told myself because the entire staff at Feeney’s were so helpful, they were respectful and most importantly they wanted me to get a brand new car from them. I was given the keys to the Toyota Yaris icon hybrid they had on the car park there and I was instantly impressed with the trust they showed in me because I went out with my stepdad and no staff. I loved that car and as soon as I got back I ordered one. It was so stress free and handled by the gentleman who greeted me with professionalism and I picked up my brand new car in less than 3 weeks. I don’t know why I was treated like crap at Evan’s Halshaw but I thank them for sending me to Harry Feeney’s (unwittingly of course). I would recommend that no one should go to Evan’s Halshaw as they were rude, very disrespectful and didn’t want to help me. I had to give a 1 star review as it wouldn’t let me give a zero rating. I’ve had my car for about 3 months and when I drive past Halshaw’s I have a chuckle to myself.

Great service very helpfull very friendly staff

Friendly staff who really tried hard to get me the car I asked for, unfortunately what I asked for was not available, but after several phone calls the sales staff got me my car. Car was registered with my personal number and on pickup I got the guided tour round the car before driving away. Thanks
