I'm still fuming with Tyrone
I'm still fuming with Tyrone! He's an absolute con artist. My dad signed my finance agreement and it wasn't until I sold the car I realized the finance with Santander was for £16,000 I saw the price on the car it was £13, 000 for a Ford ecosport. I had nothing but trouble with the car. It had an old battery which went on a 69 plate.
The garage said car batteries usually last up to 10years! Id never go near the place ever again

Lack of communication
My car was book in to have a new battery fitted and battery cover. I was not told when I collect my car that the battery cover was not in stock and therefore not fitted even after I had paid. I only found out 2 weeks later when I received a call to rebook my car to have the missing part fitted.
I asked how long this would take as it would mean I would have to arrange another day to take my car over, I was told my appointment would be 40 minutes, but when I arrived I was informed that this was not the case and the appointment would be 2-3 hours! Which resulted in me having toast range half a day off work as I was not able to get back in time for work!
I had sent an email to complain (this was the only way to complain according to the reception staff!) and have received no response!
Terrible unhelpful service from a main dealer! I would NOT recommend!

My last MOT in Evans Halshaw Merthyr
My last MOT in Evans Halshaw Merthyr, they gave me a sheet of loads of problems in the Red that needed fixing and they wanted £1500 to fix everything so, I asked for my car back to get a second opinion and they told me my car had passed the MOT.
I don’t know how it passed the MOT with my Suspension in the Red?
I took my car to another garage and it was a Bush that had a cut in it.
They wanted £400 to replace the full Suspension.
I’m NEVER taking my car there ever again.
Evans Halshaw Garage in Merthyr will rip you off.
