Don't leave ANY valuables in your car
Had approximately £15 to £20 (best guess) of change stolen from my ashtray while vehicle was in for recall work. Reported it to the service manager who said she would immediately look into it. I explained that I knew I had no proof and that I didn't expect anything back and that I just wanted to make them aware of the situation. She told me she would investigate and get back to me. This was the last I heard from Evans Halshaw. Don't leave ANY valuables in your car.

I can not fault Jason who was dealing with me from start to finish he was very knowledgeable and friendly .
As my local Evan Halshaw has closed my nearest one was miles away at Lincoln . But Jason did everything over the phone and email and kept me updated with my car , To save me driving all the way over there ,It was all sorted really quick.

Was in the process of buying a car from…
Was in the process of buying a car from them, the sales executive was fantastic trying to sort the issues after collection but had issues with it 13 minutes into my 5 hour journey home.. Car had to be returned to the dealership to be looked at had to go elsewhere to get it looked at and the issue they told me it was, wasnt. Bare in mind, this car sat in the car park and the car health check was incorrect. The tire pressure for each wheel was 50 PSI !!!
. Turns out the problem wasn't fixed even though I was advised it drove like a dream, broken promises of it getting brought up on a trailer and no reason to why as this was one of my requests along with the health check(still didn't get this). See the car is now back up for sale but can imagine the issues for the new owner is going to get.
Now left with a car insurance policy that I cannot do anything with, no car. Waste of 17 days of my time and money.
