I phoned the sales team about some warranty work after having the car for 7 months, the car had new brakes fitted and the alloys had just been refurbished at the time of purchase plain to see and discussed with the saleman at the time. Funny when I phoned up to inquire about warranty work one minute they had been done then the next phone call " no we never done any work to that car". Still waiting on evidence of what work had been done. Salesman prepared to lie time and time again to save a pound. Avoid..

I had a disappointing buying experience, with a used vehicle. The bodywork was very poor and not prepared for retail. The team did support in helping to rectify this and I am awaiting the rectification work to be completed.

Such an amazing experience. I cannot talk high enough of them and the experience. I’d recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Just did a wasted 100 mile round trip from South Ayrshire to Evans Halshaw Motherwell to see “a really nice” Ford Focus, “that has been valeted” and was “ ready to drive away”. The car I saw must have been from the PX park. It was unwashed outside (in fact it had not been washed for days, which was excused by the salesman as having just being parked outside). It was utterly filthy inside (food, crumbs, sweet wrappers and money under all seats, and the rear door outer seal was hanging off - suggesting the car had not been inspected, and if it had been inspected then that’s worrying. The engine bay was a masterclass in utter neglect. Mr Halshaw should be hanging his head in disbelief and shame that his salesmen are blatantly falsifying the presentational state of their cars and drawing in punters under false pretence. Disgraceful.

We bought a Ford Kuga had it delivered to our house, the price was steep but was willing to pay it. It came with a flat tyre so I took it to a local garage to get it changed I asked the service team if they would refund the money which they did with no problems. When discussing the car in the first place they offered the whole package but I said no just want the basic package of the car & they took it back to basics. Andrew who I dealt with couldn't have been nicer, helpful & friendly. He did a walk round of the car on video & emailed that to me. I hope when we come to exchanging this car, we have as good as experience as we have with this one so far.

all he wanted to do was add on extras and he wasnt happy when we said take them off, we then left as we couldnt agree on insurance for the tyres and car seat covers, how ridiculous, he even phoned me next day to see if i was still interest, i said no , he asked why i told him cause all he wanted to do was add on extras, had he then said we could remove them do you still want the car i would have said yes, a lost sale there, wont be going back
