Excellent customer service from everybody
Tony took the time to get to understand my needs fully and went to great lengths to let me see multiple cars and different specifications so i could make a suitable choice for what i needed. The Service Team were very helpful
The Service Team were very helpful. The issues with my vehicle were more complicated than expected and the team assisted with a keeping me mobile throughout. My only complaint would be more responsive phone answering. I spent far to long time waiting for phones to be answered.

Poor customer service all round from…
Poor customer service all round from call handling on hold for 30 mins plus, reception ignoring me for 5 minutes before acknowledging me. Had to book car back in on the same day after getting the car back and first appointment was 2 weeks later.
