Could have been better
The service seemed a bit lapsy daisy in the fact that my service book was not signed off in two locations of the book and I was not given a video of the service which took place as I have previously.

I can honestly say this has been the best experience dealing with Kia in Stourbridge Chloe and Andrew have been fantastic! Nothing has been too much trouble for them at all any questions or queries I’ve had it’s been resolved there and then love the dealership. Definitely go there if you want a Kia I love my automatic Kia picanto 💜 the communication skills are outstanding too!

The first thing that I consider when choosing a dealership is wether I can find a parking space without having to park on a public road or squeeze in in somewhere and worry about getting it damaged so it was a big plus to find plenty of spaces here.
On arrival I was met by Andrew who very engaging and spent a lot of time helping me choose the right spec then going through the finance options , he was very knowledgeable and informative without being at all pushy, Chloe was also on hand to help out and did the handover as Andrew was on his day off but still popped in to say hello, the car was well presented and everything well explained, maybe would have liked to have met the service team as have had this opportunity in the past at other dealerships but September is a busy time of the year for them so understandable
I have had some less than efficient car sales purchases in the past but this experience with Andrew and Chloe was how things should be

MG HS Exclusive purchase
We purchased a used MG HS Exclusive from Evans Halshaw Kia in Stourbridge and Linda Collins the salesperson was really helpful with everything from our first telephone conversation to our meeting at the garage to complete the paperwork and pick up the car, she was professional and friendly and put us at our ease right from the start and helped with everything and also kept us supplied with drinks, she was also very patient as it took quite some time to get everything sorted.
