Awful experience with the Service Msnager.
AVOID getting the extended warranty as they will find ways to charge you regardless of what you report of what the fault is.

New Renault Clio

Lewis is the man!!
Made an appointment at Evans Halshaw, Renault Sheffield for Friday but we had to change the appointment to Thursday . Lewis arranged the test drive ,sorted the paperwork quickly.
Checked our part ex , matched the price I had already obtained through their website even though it was more than they had said it was worth.
Lewis took me to the post office for the car tax whilst my wife sorted her insurance, this saved time and we were able to drive away in our new car the same day.
He was very friendly and approachable and made our visit stress free.
Well done Lewis.!!
