Deserved praise for service team memberer
I took my Corsa e in for a service today and handed key in to Rhys at the service desk. What an absolute pleasure it was to meet him. He was so courteous and helpful. He promised to ring me when the car was ready and gave me an estimate time. When I went to collect the car he went over the service report and explained everything very simply to me. I thanked him for his help and left to get my car. Regrettably I couldn't find the car in the busy car park so had to return to the desk. Rhys leapt into action,took my key ,went off and found my car. He was dismayed that the service team had not vacuumed the footwells so he went off and sorted that for me.
I felt very well looked after and will hopefully continue to use Evans Halshaw in the future. Thank you Rhys for "going the distance" .

A much better experience than last time.
Dealt with Finlay Hill & Rhys in the service department. Both very responsive in customer service.
Some process improvements post sale - such as what to do in the event of a fault within 2 days of getting the car and clearing old finance wasn't particularly timely, but overall, pretty hassle free.

EH refused to accept a dangerous fault…
EH refused to accept a dangerous fault in our Ceitron EC4 that happens randomly and fobbed us off.
Since then we got more electric faults: the alarm won’t stop and again same story. I complained to Ceitron who were not helpful either. I’m seeing them on 24th April; let’s see what happens!!
