Jamie at Kilmarnock service desk was professional from the start of my journey to the end. He logged the issue with the car, kept me in the loop throughout the investigation process and made sure he communicated everything back to me. When the car was ready, he arranged for Archie to collect me, this was the icing on the cake, as I was struggling to get to the garage under my own steam.
The service I received from Jamie was top class. In addition to all of my comments, Jamie was a total professional.?

Really quick and easy experience with a call to confirm the start time, pick up and payment, really friendly guys on the service desk to explain everything as well.

Kept in touch with me throughout the service, advised me on what was essential repairs and what could be deferred. Car ready at the time promised. Friendly staff.

Car booked in for first service, was contacted the day before to confirm date still suitable by Jamie, arrived dropped off car, price confirmed before work was started, was messaged and email sent to show cars health check, arrived later to collect car and it was washed and hoovered, very happy with service and professional service

Bought a car and had nothing but problems with it took out extra warranty on it not worth the paper it's written on my car has been back there more times than its been on the road I wasted 18,000 pounds on car for nothing there not helpful at all

My car developed a "check engine" fault and i called the service department who said i could leave the car overnight and they would diagnose it the next day, due to short notice they couldnt provide me with a courtesy car but I managed to work around this.
David at the service desk has always been excellent and once again he sorted everything out.
The car was ready by the end of the day and I was back on the road.
To get such a quick turnaround is great service.
I am planning to use EH again for my next car as i know how good they are

Easy to book an appointment for a service. Staff fully explained the work that would be carried out. On the day of the service, drop was quick and easy as were the follow up calls and health check video. Car was ready much earlier than promised. Have been a customer for over 20 years and cannot fault them.

Everything for the sale was fine. But picking the car up was based on when the salesman was in so I couldn't get it on his day off. Highly strange and inconvenient. Took it less than 10 mile and it went back for a repair. And the service was really good there they dropped it off to my house. Unfortunately im not into cars or know anything about them but the amount of flaws and damage after just a week is quite frightening. The car was also not cleaned for me picking it up. When going through the sale the man had to keep going to his boss for every little thing was extremely uncomfortable. Wouldn't use again.

Great service from the team over at Kilmarnock servcie department. issues resolved and back on the road sooner than expected from Lynne and Andy in the workshop.

Lynne guided us through what became a complex arrangement due to the warranty company not engaging in the process properly. What was a straight forward minor repair ended up a nearly 4 week saga. On receipt of permission Lynne saw to the work being carried out immediately and efficiently. Glad to have the car back and running as it should. Thanks Lynne.
