Evans Halshaw - Vauxhall Middlesbrough Avis 

I am updating my previous review to 5 stars. It has been a long and challenging road to get this repair sorted—a difficult battle navigating the process with Cinch—but I want to give credit where it is due: Richard was the one who ultimately came through for me.
He navigated the complexities of the situation and ensured that the job finally got over the line. Even when I went to collect the car, a phantom engine management light appeared on start-up. Even though it was right at closing time and the team was ready to head out, Richard didn’t just brush me off or send me on my way. He was fully prepared to hook the car up and check the code right there and then to ensure I was safe to drive.
The light cleared itself, but it was his willingness to step up and make sure I wasn't left with a concern that made all the difference. While the overall process was tough, Richard’s service at the finish line was exactly what you hope for. Thanks to him for seeing this through.

I was nervous about spending so much money on a car but the team made me feel at ease during the whole process. I reserved the car online and came down to the showroom on a bank holiday Monday to find that everything had been sorted for me: the car was in pristine condition and had been fuelled up, ready for me to drive off.

Arnold was an absolute joy to deal with from start to finish. He sent me a detailed, personalised video of my new car after I reserved it, and even drove me to the post office to tax it after bank holiday closures with the DVLA. He made the whole experience of buying my car from Evans Halshaw seamless and enjoyable, and I cannot recommend enough.

Really great customer care. A routine service found my exhaust was hanging on by the flexi hose. I needed the car for a 200 mile trip the following day so Angela managed to organise the replacement parts AND the work so I could be safely back on the road the same day. Very grateful and very impressed

got a letter about a recall so rang evan halshaws and they fitted me in straight away, got served by shane and straight away he was polite, welcoming and reassuring, after dropping my car off he rang me every so often with updates on my car. After collecting my car he was understanding and helped me out massively with what went on with my car and where to come if i ever needed future repairs, couldn’t fault the lad honestly, such a polite man :)

Booked my car in for a service and MOT. Booking was easy to do. And I was reminded of the booking 24hours before. On arriving at Evans Halshaw, the showroom was welcoming and friendly. I was kept up to date through the day on my vehicle progress and my questions were answered with ease. Car was cleaned to a high standard. Must mention Angela and Ashley who were professional and friendly. And showed me to my car when finished. Fab experience

Just secured a car today with Arnold M, I can’t recommend him enough!! He was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable about any of our enquiries and the entire process was smooth.

In for a product recall staff where very helpful booking me in to getting me sorted and away with my van very helpful quick and even a free wash on van so all in all very good visit

Shane and all the team are always very welcoming and always happy to help. My Corsa had an intermittent fault. Which was soon identified and resolved the same day.
Even though my car is on the Motability scheme, they are never and less than happy to assist me, even explain everything in a way that I can understand, plain and simple and no fuss.
