Picked up a lovely looking car a couple of weeks ago. Runs fine, customer service ok whilst at the garage.
Afterwards not so great.
Got car home to realise how dirty it actually was. Personal belongings found inside from previous owner. Seats and all trims hadn’t been cleaned.
Contacted Evan’s halshaw by email. No response.
Make sure you check throughly inside your car before taking it away is my advice.

Terrible Customer service
When you buy a car someone is always calling you happy to help but when you have a complaint about finding the car had some previous accident damage not repaired to industry standards botched up!!! they offer to buy the car back, tried calling to accept the offer never get a call back when you call the Sunderland service number it constantly rings, raised a complaint through the website and after a week still no call, live chatted an agent today someone will call you still waiting what do you have to do absolutely appalling customer service what was supposed to my sons 1st experience of buying a car had been terrible can someone call us

Made an appointment on line to sell my…
Made an appointment on line to sell my car and when I arrived I was told by the lady that she could not do the appointment because she was on annual leave. I found this strange because she was stood in front of me and obviously at work she then told me to come back tomorrow obviously could not be bothered safe to say I will not be returning waste of time and money traveling to them avoid these jokers.
