Bought extra taps for butts purchased earlier.
Taps arrived separately in 2 deliveries on successive days but I was informed of the delay to the one type.

Very pleased with service and products.

The water butt is great but I was not informed when it was to be delivered

V pleased with the double green water butt package 2 x 100litre and no issues although I did choose to have a plumber fit the diversion. They are made in UK from recycled plastic which I think is good if you have no alt to plastic. Decent quality and look nice, good for smaller space. With the recent downpour they have filled rapidly and I’ve ordered two more to link up. More than my yearly water rates but it’s good to save the rain from overwhelming the drains, save drinking water and give it to the garden.

Items (twin pack of water butts and stands) ordered - 7th July took far too long to arrive, apparently were sent back to manufacturers twice.then when they did arrive, only One water butt delivered. When the r
2nd one arrived the stand was broken! . A replacement was sent, but upon arrival was a stand for large water butt, - my order was two small water butts.! Finally a week later on the 4th September the correct stand arrived and my order was complete.

I placed the order on 15th August (delivery between 14 and 28 days). I asked for the bin not to be delivered before 25th August....today is 20th September and it still hasn't been delivered. I chased and was assured it would be delivered last week. Yesterday (Tuesday) they said this week.
I can't comment on the product as it hasn't arrived.

Found this company from a flyer at work and as I wanted to do my bit for the planet and try to be abit more environmentally friendly and put less waste in landfill I took up the special offer for a standard compost bin cannot fault company delivered it promptly and kept me updated about bin

I contacted the company for replacement lids for the bokashi bins I had. They have been well used and were no longer quite airtight. The customer service was excellent and they despatched new ones straight away. Excellent follow up on really helpful products.

Good products. Made from recycled plastic which is why we chose them. Brilliant customer service. Resolved a small issue (not their fault) really quickly.

Very slow fulfilment/delivery with no courier information or tracking, so you don't know when it is going to be delivered...

Products seem good though.

The EvenGreener Cloudburst 200 litre water butt double pack was really good value and easy to set up and connect to downpipes. Everything needed was included in the pack at very competitive price with delivery as scheduled.

I liked the product quality on purchase but then to find out 4 years later it came with a. cast iron guarantee was a pleasant surprise and I was immediately offered a replacement water butt free of charge

First, UK Manufactured. Second, waterbutt made from recycled materials. Third, prompt delivery. Haven't installed it yet, as I am awaiting assistance from my extra pair of gardening hands, but it looks impressive.

Evengreener honoured the 5 year warranty on my Magnum water butt that sprang a leak. As they have no Magnums at the moment, they provided me with 2 x 227L Harcosters c/w joining & downpipe kits. I was impressed.

Order arrived in good time and products of excellent quality.

Have now installed one to a shed and all is working well. Easy to set up and instructions clear.

Shed is a small apex so I had chosen the small 50mm guttering so it would have been useful for the kits to offer the smaller diverter rather than just the house sized guttering as an option.

I have used both taps on one butt, so have ordered 2 more for the second.
They have now arrived so will be shortly installing the second butt to a second shed.
