I accidentally received the wrong watch band, but the seller went above and beyond to make it right. Their communication was quick, helpful, and genuinely focused on making sure I ended up with the exact band I wanted. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. Highly recommend!

Hello, I ordered two screws for my Breitling watch band. EWatch delivered them in two business days. The idiots at Breitling wouldn't even sell them to me. They wanted me to ship them my watch bracelet for "evaluation." Just a ploy to get money. EWatch saved me a ton of money. Great people to do business with. A+ rating from me.

Rolex bezel in wrong quantity
I purchased a bezel from them through ebay, they posted the price for 3 but they sent me only one and didn’t admit it. Only asked for a package image that I didn’t receive. I know I paid for 3 and got only one so I left a review in ebay but they had that removed too, so they’re working like a scammer. Be aware of this seller! That’s how they get good reviews, by having the bad ones removed.

They promised to ship me a replacement…
They promised to ship me a replacement after an issue occurred with my strap. 2 weeks later still no strap, they just kept asking questions in the support chat to prolong waiting until they finally tell me they never sent it and will not send it. They do not stand by their products.

Purchased a $30 watch strap over a year ago and wanted a replacement at no charge. Straps are wearable products and have no warranty as they wear depending on the user. We stand behind our products and make exceptions but one year is way outside the normal time frame.

Doesn't fit and subpar quality. I would not recommend this company. Besides that, they don't even have a phone number. If you want cheap parts from China go here.

If I could give a lower score, I would! We bought a replacement leather watch band for a Cartier and it lasted only 8 months! When I contacted the company they gave me a run around for weeks and weeks and now don't even respond to emails. They are the worst and don't stand behind their products. Run the other way!!!!

Item shipped was brand new at time of purchase. After wearing the product for 8 months they were asking for a free replacement. Customer never provided order number so we had way of knowing the order was from that long ago. Watch straps are wearable products and can last a long time or a short time depending on the user.
Delivery slow, but very happy with product.
i'm posting a quick review because my order was slow and I read some reviews on this forum questioning the legitimacy of this company, and honestly I wondered.
My order was lost in the post, I contacted the company they were quite terse with their response. but 1. I got my order (albeit after a wait), 2. when the order was considered lost, they replaced it quickly and without question, 3. I'm very happy with the product (a rolex strap).
Legitimate business, good product, I would use again, but not if I was in a hurry.

Cartier Roadster - XL Great Product and Service
Great experience. Ordered online an xl Cartier Roadster strap. If you know the watch you know how easy it is to switch straps. Product delivered timely and I feel is of great quality relative to what I paid for branded straps from Cartier. I had one issue with one of their stores bands. Sent pictures to customer service and it was replaced timely without delay. Would do business again with this company

I ordered what I thought was the right watch band but got it wrong. The rep at EwatchParts helped immensely with the return and helped figure out the right band. Delivery was quick, refund completed and the final outcome is very satisfying. My next band will be through these guys.

Our return policy CLEARLY states items must be returned back in SAME condition as sold. It also CLEARLY states item ONLY works on the models listed and stated. Our parts are not universal even though they could "look" the same.
