Really poor customer service it seems…
Really poor customer service it seems that after a sale has been made they disregard any issues. They did not confirm which grain size I wanted and now I'm left with about 2000 pounds of useless render. Also when requesting a return of sum 25% extra materials they point blankly refused. They even initially told me ok to return if I paid for additional materials first which I did they they said they would not take back the materials. Feel totally duped and will take to Trading Standard. Stay well clear people!

You confirmed your satisfaction with the grain size provided. Our Terms & Conditions were also provided, outlining our returns policy. Additionally, our sales colleague has offered further insights into the order process. Regarding your request to swap the rockwool from invoice 158624 (issued on November 10, 2023) with invoice 179955 (dated April 29, 2024), there's a significant time gap of 5 months, and unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 14 days. However, if you wish to reorder a different product, we're here to assist you. I'm sorry this is not the outcome you were hoping for. Thank you for your understanding.

The Salesperson was refreshingly efficient.
The Tradecounter Salesperson was incredibly efficient. Klaudia listened to what I was saying and made everything easy, sending samples and staying in touch. Great product and excellent service
I’ve used this company for a long time but since the Aylesbury branch opened up I’ve been using the store there. The product is always spot on, and the customer service is always excellent. Steve is always on hand to help with pricing and provides excellent customer service throughout each project.
