As always, easy to book. I have noticed that some prices are more expensive than other sites. I have been booking with Expedia for many years & hope you value your return customers.

Not great value for money unfortunately
I booked on Expedia and the price was much cheaper on the hotel website. I’d already paid and non refundable. Very disappointing.
I have been booking directly via hotels in recent years. And I’ll be going back to this.

Sort out your payment methods!!
Have spent three (!) hours trying to book accommodation using the App, and website. Tried several times with 3 different payment methods
Wanted to pay at the hotel but was forced to use PayPal...is this on purpose?

Really poor service refunds upon…
Really poor service refunds upon cancellation of flight
7 calls. Most hung up.
7 chats. Mostly cut off and another person picks up and start asking same questions.
2 weeks. Every agent blaming previous people.
Last chat, I was on for 2 hours for an update on my refund and cut me off
Best to book directly via the airline.

The Wagon Wheel Motel is Dodgy.. when I arrived upon check in the woman was very rude and not very helpful.. when I told her that I booked online with Expedia she didn't care to look my payment..says.." you paid too cheap"..plus " I don't allow dogs in my motel rooms"..Even though that Motel advised as "Pet Friendly"...she told me that I had to cancel out my payment with Expedia and book directly thru them..had to pay $150 a night for 2 nights..total of $300..( wouldn't apply the $121.50 that I paid online to Expedia)..and told me very rudely.." To Deal with it with Expedia or the bank!"..
To make a long story short..I got overcharged by $121.50 for the 2 nights..filed a credit card dispute.."twice" with the bank..and they got out of getting back my payment for $121.50 because of a dodgy policy about non refundable cancellations...I should have not been charged that amount twice..that Motel needs to get looked into because they are using False Advertising as a " Bait & Switch"..I also filed a complaint with ACCC about this shady practice..so in the end will you be able to step in and get my $121.50 back from this Dump?
Now the room..it was absolutely filthy...and army of ants in the main room..loud outdated Heater/AC...so loud it needs to be replaced or serviced... bathroom window didn't open due to all the dead bugs..
Unsafe wobbly cheap table furniture.. everything is old and outdated..
But the rude behaviour with the owner was not pleasant to deal with.. when I tried to tell her about my credit card issues that she caused me..she yelled out at me.."I don't care..deal with it!".. when I told her that I was going to leave a unfavorable review here on Expedia she pointed her finger at me and yelled " I don't care...GO FOR IT!"

Price refresh in the middle of booking mean't I could not book at that point in time. Had to wait two to three hours to try again.
