this company is fraud because they lend me money on merchant advance and get my personal gaurantee without told me. unfortunatlly i was asking to give me more term andthey giving me treath to go persoanl leggal process. agent Mathew i asked you that no personal gaurnetee you told us it is just verify ID. you guys are lier.

We take the review and funding process very seriously and work hard to ensure that all terms, including personal guarantees, are clearly communicated and agreed upon before any funds are disbursed. These documents are a standard part of our agreements and are thoroughly reviewed with every client to verify their understanding.
When a client defaults on a payment, our process is to attempt to work with them on a new payment plan. We don't take the decision to pursue further legal action lightly, and it's a step we take only after all other options have been exhausted. This is always done in accordance with the terms of the agreement that was signed.
We also want to clarify the review process on Trustpilot. The platform's technology and verification system ensures that reviews can only be left by genuine customers who have had a direct experience with our company. It's not possible for Express Capital or any company to post its own 5-star reviews.

Roger Batres is a excellent person to work with. He goes above & beyond to help you. He does follow up phone calls to let you know how the process is going. Communication is the key & letting the customer know that yes I am able to help you or no I'm not able to help. Roger was just straight forward & said he was able to help. He introduce himself & his job title & ask how is your day. In todays world that means a lot because most people don't care. I surely locked his number in my phone because If I ever need anything else I will be calling Roger. Roger also got me the amount of funds that I was looking for & made sure I was aware that more funds was available if I need it. I just only took what I needed.
