Dan was very knowledgeable, courteous and easy to get in contact with when I had questions. Once I decided on what funding suited my needs I was funded the next day which was literally 12 hours later :). Mico was the individual whom I spoke with during the process. He was excellent in communications and I appreciated him following up be it a return phone call or an email when he said he would. We have partnered with Expresss Capital Funding because they are truly a company that standds by their clients. As a construction company, we are always in need of cash-flow for projects and ES Capital has come alongside of us and truly looks out for our sustainability. We have dealt with so many types of companies like ES capital and they all say the same song and dance but we just took out our second round of funding and ES capital stayed true to their word when we first started this relationship.
BE CAREFUL!!!! There are SHARKS out there and they don't care about you!! Of course everyone has to make money but some are so egregious that it makes NO sense to borrow.
However, ES Capital really does look after your needs and is a true "PARTNER". We are proud and honored to be partnering up with such a high character team.
