I’ve used them before and received my order nice and quick. Placed a second order and they haven’t sent it and aren’t responding to WhatsApp messages.

Ordered a pen from them, it never arrived nor did they reply to my emails. There WhatsApp number doesn't work. DO NOT USE THEM, they say they are based in the UK but I think not,

Have had many orders of them but my last order didn't arrive and no contact with them

Use Express many times but my last order has never arrived from the 22nd of July order number 998668. I’ve emailed on several occasions and heard nothing back. Next step will be to contact my bank to get my money back. Such a shame as I thought they were a good company to buy from ☹️☹️☹️

I believe the system is down. Are you guys going to put it back on? People are making orders ? Is someone going to pull their finger out their ass?

I've ordered a tb500 pen last week and payment was taken. Have got stuff before, no issue . However my recent order has not arrived, nor been dispatched and I'm emailing and using wats app and being ignored. I've asked for a refund, but no response. Very bad people to order from.

Bought off them before now, all good, so ordered 2 more products equating to £189 been over a week now no response or connection to mails or whatsapp.....

Ordered from these and they didn’t deliver, no communication, tried whats app, email usual lines but no response.

I have order a few time from this company had never had issues I have always had quick replied but on my recent order which has yet to be dispatched never mind delivered this company has refused to answer any messages or calls

Complete scam, ignored emails and WhatsApp messages. In the process of doing a chargeback with my bank. AVOID IF YOU DON’T WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!

After reading recent reviews it seems I'm not alone in my experience. I've ordered from this company once before and the service was good I even had contact with them via WhatsApp which again was prompt! I placed an order on the 21st of July money was taken but the company now seems to have gone dark! There's a message saying they're having issues with distribution but there's no way of contacting them there's been no offers of a refund not promise I'll receive my order. It's a shame but they appear to have taken a number of people's money and then shut up shop so they are not reccomend at all.

Steer clear of these fraudsters exploiting a growing market.

I placed my order on 21 July and paid £102 immediately. Almost one week later, my order still shows "Paid", with no dispatch, no tracking information and no communication whatsoever.
I have tried contacting Express Peptides via WhatsApp and telephone, but my messages have gone unanswered, nobody answers the phone, and the WhatsApp number now appears to be unavailable. As a paying customer, I find this completely unacceptable.
I am now requesting either the immediate dispatch of my order with valid tracking information or a full refund without further delay.
I always rely on Trustpilot before purchasing from an unfamiliar company, which is why I chose Express Peptides. However, based on my experience, I believe Trustpilot should investigate whether some of the positive reviews are genuine. Almost every positive review mentions prompt dispatch and excellent customer service, yet my experience has been the exact opposite.
Furthermore, the Express Peptides website displays links suggesting the company has a presence across several social media platforms. However, after searching, I could not find any genuine active presence. The only account I found was an almost empty Instagram page, with no meaningful customer interaction or activity. This makes the overwhelmingly positive reviews even more difficult to reconcile with my experience.
I will gladly update this review if Express Peptides resolves this matter promptly. Until then, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I’ve ordered with this company a couple times but this time my order did not arrive, when I tried to contact them via email and phone call there was no answer both times.

They are a scam...took my payment, no communication....Whatsapp now doesn't go through and they have ignored all of my messages. DO NOT USE. I have lost £100

Extremely disappointed with both the product I received and the complete lack of customer service.

I ordered what I believed was Ipamorelin/CJC-1295. After using it, I felt unwell and checked the label more carefully. Although it said “Ipamorelin”, I then noticed it was actually an Ipamorelin/Tesamorelin combination, meaning I had unintentionally taken Tesamorelin as well as my separate Tesamorelin. That was not what I intended to order and resulted in me effectively doubling up on Tesamorelin.

As soon as I realised, I tried contacting Express Peptides through WhatsApp, Facebook and email. Despite multiple attempts, I have received no response whatsoever.

When you’re supplying peptides, accuracy and customer service are absolutely essential. If a customer believes there has been a mistake with an order, the last thing you should do is ignore them. The lack of communication has been just as concerning as the original issue.

I’m still waiting for someone to acknowledge what has happened, investigate it properly and provide a response. Until then, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

If I continue to receive no response, I will be taking this matter further.

bought a number of pens from this supplier and they all seem to do what they say, they arrive quick and well packaged. No issie wth use and the price and ease of the pre mixed pen format is a stand out feature compared to a lot of other peptide suppliers. Would defo use again, and have, and would recommend.

Can’t fault this company , I’ve ordered several pens and they have all come within 1 to 3 days and when I had a question they answered really quickly . If you have any doubts don’t with this company . 100% recommend
