Mallow Road Store in Cork
Recently visited Mallow Road Store in Cork. This was my first time in this store as I would normally shop in Little Island or Mahon. The staff in Mallow Road are exceptional, way beyond what I have experienced in the other stores in Cork. Shane was the member of staff we dealt with, friendly and very helpful and gave me all the info I needed. I returned to shop a few days later to purchase a couch and again the service was top class. I will definitely return to this store again.

We were browsing in the store and we are struck by the good quality of the items and the reasonable prices. We were assisted by a very professional and competent sales executive, Damien Ruddy. He had a great knowledge of the products that were available and provided excellent guidance. We left the store in Northpoint, exceedingly happy with our purchases.

Happy with sales service & delivery
Great experience dealing with Aaron in the North Point Business Park Cork on 24/5/2024. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Would have been a 5 star review except that an item I was looking for (a particular single bed) was out of stock and not available for 3 months so was not purchased. Very happy with items purchased and no hassle delivery.

On arriving to shop was approached by an employee to know if we needed help we declined and he said just ask if we needed anything. He left us to browse around which I appreciated as it annoys me when someone is standing over you . After a while and with some peaceful browsing I approached the employee with queries with what I wanted to buy. Damian Ruddy was the gentleman I was dealing with. I must say he was very helpful and very knowledgeable of products I was buying. He did give very good advice and informed me of the delivery date and their delivery arrangements. I was happy with my purchase the only qualm I would have on the day is the cost of delivery. I know fuel costs have risen but local enough delivery and when one spends over a certain amount I think delivery charge should be reviewed.
