Terrible customer service
My wife and I came into the store today looking for some help with furniture and went up to the front desk. The gentleman who dealt with us didn’t seem to have much experience, and we couldn’t help but notice a very strong smell of alcohol.
We later found out he was actually the manager, which we found rather baffling, to say the least. It’s certainly not the sort of experience you’d expect when looking for help in a furniture shop.

Excellent customer service, but the chair had a defect
Excellent customer service in Westend park. Chair arrived on the date expected. The assembly is very simple and foolproof. 4x M5 bolts and washers. The problem is the holes in the fabric under the chair did not align with the M5 mounting holes. I could partially see a portion of three M5 holes, and none of the fourth hole. The made a simple assembly which should take 5 minutes a chore.

We needed a new bedroom set. Well when I say the staff couldn’t be more helpful, I was taken aback by their kindness. I needed specific different heights for our wardrobe, chest drawers and lockers. They were on the phone and internet for what I needed. Turned out I saw a beautiful set and it was a perfect fit for our bedroom. They offer measuring tapes to customers when they are browsing. Aren’t intrusive but when needed are extremely professional and helpful. The delivery lad’s Lawrence and Dean did a great job assembling it all. The whole service was on another level. Well Done EZ Living 🫶🏻

Five Stars for Sophie
I had such a fantastic experience at the new EZ Living Interiors store in Blanchardstown, and I have to give a special mention to Sophie, who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish.
I went into the store feeling quite unsure about what would work best for my dining space, and Sophie went completely above and beyond to help me. She was lifting chairs for me, helping me compare different combinations, matching everything up and giving me genuinely helpful advice without ever making me feel pressured. She was so patient and reassuring, and it was obvious that she genuinely cared about helping me get it right.
Sophie even went the extra mile afterwards, sending additional emails and helping to make sure everything was sorted with my order and delivery. She did so much more than I would have expected and was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.
It’s not often you come across someone who is so genuinely helpful, attentive and willing to go above and beyond for a customer. Sophie is a real credit to the Blanchardstown store and deserves to be recognised for the fantastic customer service she provides.
Thank you so much, Sophie — you made the whole experience so much easier, and I’m absolutely delighted with my new table and chairs!

New sofa and armchairs
I had the pleasure of dealing with Emma Doyle in the Blanchardstown store this morning. I cannot praise her enough, she immediately put me at ease and her expertise and knowledge of the stores product's was amazing. I was looking to buy a sofa and armchairs, I gave her my room measurements, the colour of the walls and she went through everything thing with me from colour choices to different placement ideas in my sitting room, even how to coordinate different colours that I would never have thought about. I can honestly say I would consider EZ Living as my first stop in the future for any other furniture I will need.
