Had a great experience in the Carlow store today. George who was helping me was very kind. He gave me a list of all the product sizes etc and I got a beautiful armchair. I still have more items to get but l will be sure to ask George for his help on my next visit.

Kayleigh had helped me pretty much all day with a million questions I had about ordering a couch. I've just been stung buying online with another company so I was a bit apprehensive. She answered all my questions about the sofa, delivery, price and was so patient with me. Very friendly and helpful, great communication and never made me feel like I was asking too much. I came back to her later this afternoon as I wanted to order through her specifically as she was so helpful. So nice to have such a great experience when ordering online. Just cant wait for the sofa to arrive now :) Thanks so much Kayleigh - I hope your manager gives you a raise!!

Had a great shopping experience today in the Carlow store. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, yet gave us space to browse without feeling rushed.
