I found Paul Bailey to be very professional and friendly and extremely helpful. He gave us the space to make our decision and the information that we needed to make an informed decision. Very helpful staff with good knowledge of products available in store. The product I wanted was no longer available but alternative was available. Same price just a slightly different design. The delivery times available were really close to my purchase date. Very happy with overall visit.
