Delivery Issue
Was told when purchasing that delivery would be 5 to 7 working days and delivery would be either an post or DPD. Items did arrive within time provided but no notification from delivery providers on date or time of delivery. We were just lucky to be home at time of delivery otherwise we would have been left trying to arrange another delivery time/date. Products were as seen in shop, no issue with quality.

Ordered a table from Drogheda store
Ordered a table from Drogheda store , in May paid over 800 euros . I was told will be delivered in September, had received no updates and when I contacted them was told it’s November now . Not happy with the service , would not recommend at all

Only replying to this email as I was on my days off
Order is still on schedule to arrive in port 22nd Oct and once it has cleared customs and allocated to your order, we will contact you and give you dates to choose from for your delivery,
This is usually 2 week after allocation and sometimes earlier depending on how much space is available on each truck
I will do my utmost to get your order out as soon as possible after allocation

Angela looked after us. Just going up and beyond the normal service. We came back to the store because of her. We bought garden furniture last month so when we were doing up a spare bedroom we went straight to your shop and looked for her. I explained I was doing a beach theme and she told me she had exactly what I needed and she had.
