A great, stress-free, welcoming service today at your Banbridge store. We bought a bed and matress with the help from Christopher McDowell who took great care of us, He was professional, knowledgeable and not willing to presure us into a sale. Helpful salesman, great experience
Jason Duffin was very helpful in sorting out which sofas would fit our room best and in advising us on lead times. Also he gave us time to think it over and did not put us under pressure.

I appreciated the approach of staff - on entering the shop I was acknowledged and offered a cup of coffee. I was asked if i needed help with anything, but no pressure added (in that moment I had just intended browsing). A sign had caught my eye advertising the additional offer over the Easter bank holiday. Jason explained this and the detail of the sale already on. I moved on, still intending to browse. However, I knew that not too far in the future I would need to make some purchases when I moved house but I hadn't even purchased a property at that stage. I went back and asked some questions and explained the situation. Jason was excellent and I think particularly because he wasn't 'pushy' at any time, I ended up buying a 3 seater, a 2 seater and a footstool because I knew the sale along with the additional offer was too good to miss. I also appreciated the follow up phone call from him when the items came into stock
