We travelled to the Boucher Road store…
We travelled to the Boucher Road store on Saturday looking for a sofa! We were greated by Simon who was very friendly and professional and helped us in our decision! He talked trough everything and helped us get sorted! While there we also seen an outside dining set which we purchased and Simon made this all very smooth and explain the waiting times etc. we had our two girls with us and was great with them also.

Highly Experienced & Personable Staff. Happy shopping experience.
Having visited several shops that day, in search of a new king-size mattress, we entered EZL as our last attempt that day. Immediately impressed with the layout & presentation we were then offered help & advice by Mark Trafford who was extremely knowledgeable, efficient & highly personable. He was able to guide us to several options which met our main requirements. There was none of the usual salesman spiel. We were then able to make our choice at the right characteristics & budget. The mattress was delivered as promised, 2 weeks later and we are well satisfied. "The Happy Captain"

Boucher Road Branch
Visited the Boucher Road branch on Monday to purchase a new headboard. There was a wide variety to choose from. Jonny H assisted me. He was very professional and was extremely helpful in assisting me to make the choice. I would definitely recommend this store.

Bought a full bedroom set yesterday from EZ Living Interiors on the Boucher Road, Belfast, and I have to say the service was absolutely first class from start to finish. Johnny H looked after us and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, and the customer service was excellent throughout. I would definitely return in the future to buy more furniture for the house and would have no hesitation in recommending EZ Living Interiors to friends and family. Overall, it was a genuinely great shopping experience.

I had a very pleasant experience at your Boucher road store.
Jonny H, was extremely helpful without being pushy or salesy. He suggested ways to pay if I went ahead with the sale and told me when the discount would end, as I was still thinking about it.
I returned a few days later, before the discount ended. I waited as Jonny was busy closing a sale and again he was very pleasant with the other customers. I added the insurance which saved me more money, and paid half my bill which will be settled before delivery.
I'm a happy customer and will be returning to your store.
