Excellent store and service!
My sofa and chair arrived. Absolutely delighted with them. So comfortable and stylish. I just want to highlight the service I received. Alisha was excellent, she phoned me after the delivery to check all ok. Her customer service is excellent and was a pleasure to deal with. I must also add the delivery drivers were also very courteous and professional. Just waiting on my footstool now, looking forward to receiving it to finish it all off. Thanks for everything Alisha.

Wonderful experience! During my visits at the coleraine store…
During my visits at the coleraine store I dealt with Ed and Alisha. Ed was so patient and took so much time helping me. Alisha was a bubble of happiness and made me feel like I’d known her a lifetime. These guys are a great example of what good customer service really should be.

When we visited EZ yesterday
When we visited EZ yesterday, we met Alisha Jordon, who made our visit a pleasure. Why? She approached us carefully and quietly with no fuss; she was extremely helpful, giving us all the information we needed without the usual sales pattern, which was refreshing. The staff were all lovely that i dealt…
The staff were all lovely that i dealt with. I dealt most with Lyndsay who was so helpful with pulling my colours and ideas together and giving advice on materials etc. I was able to ring in store and order from another lovely girl called Alisha. The whole process was easy and i felt the staff were great at informing me of all the extras that are available with their sofas. Very happy with our experience.
