Just wanted to thank the great team at corby for putting up with me and sorting out a few problems I had on my red astra j gtc and then getting it through the mot many thanks guys 👍

If I could put 0 stars, I would. Booked an appointment for wheel alignment. Came over alone without my partner, a young lad took my car. Front and rear needed aligning, asked how long this will take the answer was: “Depends how crusty the car is”, I’ve asked to go over and raise the car for me to see the amount of rust and check out other components. He showed me the car, yes, there was rust, showed me the bolts which needed removing and his words were, it’s not too bad, there are cars worse. At no point was I told that there could be issues or potential risks due to rust. Went to waiting room, the lad comes back after 5 minutes, saying as he tried to remove the bolt it has snapped and the car is completely un drivable. They would need to replace arms to remove bolts and wanted to hold me accountable for the costs. I have called my partner so that he could pick me up, and oh wow, all of a sudden the car becomes drivable but not advisory. And if we managed to sort out the bolts they would sort the alignment for the inconvenience. My partner comes back to book the alignment, and now you say that you will not be held accountable for the damage and won’t cover the alignment??? I came to you with a car that was drivable, and you’ve set me back for nearly £300. How can you say you provide a good service?? We used F1 for multiple cars, but this is shocking. And you dare to call me a liar to my partner saying that I did not speak to technician about rust??? Just because I am a woman, it does not give you the right to take advantage of me… Shame on you. Absolutely disgusted by this. No apology, no sympathy…

So was booked in at the Corby branch today, and the team that worked on my car today was absolutely fantastic great bunch guys who work there and done an fantastic job on my car easily 5 star review rating I've done would highly highly recommend them to anyone keep up the amazing work you do guys

I always use Formula 1 budget tyres now. The tyres are excellent value and perform as good as tyres twice the price.
I always book online as I can choose a day and time slot to suit me.
The technicians do a great job. Always on time and tyres are fitted correctly and well balanced. I will be a returning customer. Thank you.

Booked an MOT online through fix my car. Received a confirmation email and was informed to drop car at 07h00. Arrived at 07h00, waited until they opened at 08h30. I walked in and informed them I have a booking and showed them the email confirmation. I was told they can't help until middle January and booking online doesn't work. Waste of time.

The most appalling service i have ever seen. Booked and paid for a tyre replacement. Visit 1 wrong tyre visit 2 wrong tyre. Visit 3 correct but only after going to an alternative supplier..all the time had to keep inflating punctured tyre to make visits. 2 days ruined and auto centres don't give a hoot.. left a complaint on their complaints line to call me back and they couldnt be bothered to call me back even. If i hadnt paid up front I'd have told them to shove it.. good customer service isnt all about what you get right its about how you treat you customers when it goes wrong..

Josh at Corby was fantastic. I’d lost my locking wheel nut on my Porsche 911 and he knew exactly what to do. Was super helpful and accommodating. The guys that worked with him were great too.

Got a damaged rim and puncture on my spare wheel whilst doing a delivery in corby. Rang to see if they had a tyre in stock and said yes but wait would be 3hrs due to cars already booked in which was fine by me.
Turned up and the guys managed to squeeze it in there and then meaning I could carry on with my delivery's without loosing to much time

Presented my vehicle for a possible slow puncture and was served by Josh who was both professional and informative of my options.

Josh went the extra mile by ordering in a tyre just in case the tyre was unable to be repaired which gave me a safety net.

On the day Simon who has looked after my vehicles on many occasions indicated there was in fact 2 x punctures and as it was a high performance Porsche to replace the tyre.

I took his advice and the job was completed in a timely manner. In addition, as I have to use a walking stick due to a bomb blast injury in Iraq whilst serving with the British Army, Simon parked the vehicle sympathetically and even put the seat back so I could get in with ease for which I'm most grateful.

I can't recommend Formula1 Corby highly enough as on every occasion they have treated both myself and my vehicles with the utmost respect.

As always, top service given we been using Corby now for five years just for MOT and tires as we under contract with Mercedes for our servicing for warranty but Your tire prices have never been beaten even though I tried looking so I go elsewhere if you can save approximately £30 a tire as we have to have run flats

Fantastic service from the team at Corby Formula One Autocentre! Visited here following a bad experience at another garage and these guys immediately put me at ease. The MOT tester is really knowledgeable & polite and takes the time to show you round your vehicle and explain any issues. The team on the front desk are also great to deal with. Nothing is too much bother, these guys are just proper, honest, mechanics who deliver great customer service - will certainly be using again!

The team at F1 are always incredibly helpful and transparent. Reliable and honest garages are few and far between, especially the big commercials. James and his colleagues at this particular branch can be relied on and trusted to have only your best interests at heart.

Car needed full service,,and was extremely happy with the whole experience. The car technician was honest , helpful with talking me through with the issues and very polite,,5* from me and will certainly be using this garage from now on.

Well what can i say?? The staff here have been amazing with my megane. After it needing alot of work doing to it, they managed to complete everything, fit a couple of extra parts that needed and if they couldn't get the part in, I had to order it and they also fitted it for no extra charge! Also they kept my vehicle safe for couple of weeks whilst the work was being done! I can't fault them at all. I'm so greatful for all the hard work you've all done! So thank you so much! James and his team at the at the Corby branch are second to none...Amways over and above...An asset to the company.

Partner took car to Corby Formula 1 centre, she booked through blackcircle.
Upon picking up the car found the centre console rummaged through and change had been taken from the car.
Clearly some money hungry employees fancying some extra cash for the weekend. Will now never use this garage after the first time using it.

F1 autocentres Corby have fixed my car on several occasions.
They dont overcharge and on a couple of occasions have quoted less than half the cost of Kwik fit and completed the job the same day.
There is no upselling and provide advice on any potential issues down the road without pressing you to get it fixed with them.
This time I experienced some issues during an oil change and wasnt able to finish the job due to a broken part, they were happy to take a look. I dropped the car down within the hour, job finished and fixed less than an hour after that!
This is my go to garage now!

Had driven to the supermarket on a Saturday and noticed my car was making an odd noise turning right. My usual garage was shut so I rang up Formula One Autocentre in Corby on the offchance they could take a look. Even though they were due to close in 2 hours they told me to come in. Within an hour they had diagnosed and fixed the problem - turned out a back tyre had gone flat which I'd failed to notice as had only had the tyre pressures checked at Halford's the day before! They couldn't have been more helpful and the price they charged was extremely reasonable. Very cosy waiting room and all the staff were lovely and friendly. I couldn't recommend them enough.
