Formula One Autocentres - Kidderminster Avis 

Had mot booked in for a week time. Arrived to be told was no tester. Claimed they had tried to contact me which they hadn't.
Couldn't refund on site had to email the company.

As a nearly 70 year old, I took my car to the Kidderminster branch for a service where a this highlighted £600 worth of work. I paid this and thought I'd take the car here for my MOT too. Following this, I was informed that £548 in repairs which I was shocked at considering the work just completed. I thought I'd go elsewhere to where I found a local garage that said the work would cost approx £320 and agreed to take it here. I've just received a call from the new garage to say that there are NO repairs to be done, all it cost me was the £45 retest fee. I can't believe this garage are getting away with it, I wonder how many other pensioners they've ripped off!!!!!!

Booked for mot almost there got call of the garage they had to cancel they rebooked me for 1pm the next day. I went when I arrived, I was told they shouldn't have rebooked me for when they said as still unable to do my mot. Not happy at all as now I have no mot, so no car and can't get one for a week. Can't even get my children to school. Far from happy with the service (or should I say cancelling my service I was booked in for twice).

An excellent experience. I arrived slightly early, the car was attended to straight away. Job done at a very good price. Staff went out of their way to be helpful, firstly Kieran who attended to my vehicle showed me of a minor fault on the engine. I needed other advice regarding the DPF. Josh who was managing reception gave me helpful advice regarding that. I was also given a report regarding my tyre condition. I will most certainly come again even though it is not very close to my home. I would recommend this service station.

I just visited Formula one Kidderminster as my car had a slow puncture. I was in and out within an hour with my tyre repaired at a very reasonable cost. The staff were friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. I will recommend Formula one to my friends and relatives and I will return there for my next service and MOT.

After finding a screw in my front tyre. Googled tyre fitters formula one came up in the search. Compared prices of several tyre places and they seemed to be really reasonable. Called in and explained and they couldn't have been more helpful. I agreed a price was shown seating area where I could wait and 20 min later I was ready to leave. A big thankyou to Paul and Josh.

Went there today with a flat tyre, the chap who came out said he was too busy to help, he was very rude, will never use this company again

Fantastic service all round. Initially selected F1 Autocentres to have tyres replaced but will be returning for all car related needs. I found the staff to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable without upselling me services I didn't want or need. Highly recommend.

We had new tyres on our Hyundai and our Citroen re-gassed aircon. both times we were happy with the service, the speed they managed to book us in and the job they done.

Excellent service from the Kidderminster branch in fixing a puncture today. They quickly sorted out the problem while I waited, I was kept informed as to the condition of the tyre and the repair necessary and the price was very fair. I feel confident that the tyre is both airtight and safe.
