Formula One Autocentres - Stevenage 2 Avis 

Formula 1 London Road boys were excellent drip tray underneath my Vauxhall Insignia was hanging off so pulled into autocentre asked if they could help young guy in reception was really helpful they did it straight away never charged me either.

Very pleasant staff. Great prices too. But, nearly 2 hours to change 2 front tyres is way too long, even allowing for the fact it was busy.

Brought my car in for a service and MOT, the manager there Chris was extremely helpful and I would 1000% go there again and recommend to friends and family huge thanks to Chris!!

If I could give it no stars than I would. I had an appointment at 10am for two tyres and was told it would be an hour. I'm still waiting 2hrs 30 minutes later and the car still hasn't been finished. They give you no explanation, for the amount of time it's taken. Yes it's busy but really, tell the truth on timings and keep the customers updated. Shocking service!

Booked in for a service and MOT at the Stevenage branch.

I was intending to arrive at 8.30am, but bad traffic meant arrived at 8.50am.

When i went to check in I was then immediately told, by a rude and abrupt manager that i was 20 minutes late and that all MOT jobs had to be there by 8.30 latest.

Unbeknownst to me, clearly all work is done in that first 20 minutes of the day and therefore there was nothing that could possibly be done. next available appointment was over 2 weeks later.

I suspect they had overbooked and were looking for a way to cancel jobs.
I had been warned not to use FormulaOne, and will certainly not be returning.

I actually booked in at the local Ford Dealer within a week and for less money.

Great attentive customer service from the team and Shaun technician.
Walk in emergency puncture repair and back on the road within the hour.

I’d booked an appointment and paid online, to replace two tyres. One of them was the spare, as I’d had a puncture a few days earlier.
As per your request I arrived 15 minutes early. 3 hours later, they’re finally done.
I’d asked for the two new ones to be put on the front, so the existing good tyre on the front was to be my spare. The fitter made not effort to secure the spare in its proper space, and just left the covers in the boot a mess.
When I initially arrived, the manager on the reception desk was belittling, presumably a friend or staff member, oblivious to a customer stood there, and during my 3 hour wait, I heard him on the phone, clearly belittling a customer on the phone, after which he stood and discussed the potential customer, to anyone who would listen. Thoroughly unprofessional, and definitely a place I won’t return to.
Disgraceful service and attitude.

Thank you to the Stevenage branch!!! John and his team were brilliant!! I had a knocking noise at my left back - thought it was shocks or related!! Turns out Kwikfit never replaced tools after a tyre change!! Lady drivers!!! Formula One Stevenage were efficient, friendly and very thorough - cannot fault their excellent service. I was recommended to try them and I will certainly be a return customer and recommend them myself!!!
