It was a great stay at Heritage resort. Location is awesome and even the food was delicious. It is ideal for people loving peace and calmness.

We had been a customer of FABgetaways since early 2019 and had previously booked multiple trips with them. As the entire hospitality industry was badly hit in second wave, we wanted to take a break and head out of Hyderabad and the first option that came in mind was FABgetaways due to their numerous luxurious options, suitable pricing and excellent inclusions (Meals, Room Upgrade, Late Check-Out) which other portals don't offer! Also the good part I liked was that there was flexibility in providing dates and rescheduling because of the current situation is so dynamic!. We have had a great booking experience including customer support post-booking; would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Stay at Holiday Inn Resort Pros-

1. Property is remarkable.
2. Staff is excellent.
3. Lovely beach .

Cons-
1. Location is distant and long distance from Panjim/North Goa/Airport(1hr atleast).Cabs can only be booked from taxi stand outside resort to travel out,others not allowed.Alternate is to hire a self driven cab service from airport or take a package involving pickup/drop from/to airport.No 2 wheeler rentals availed in immediate proximity.

2. Party/ functions are frequent with late night music in resort.

3. No sunset cruises available at resort.

Recommended -
Buffet spread is nice but at least one non oily/non fattening curry/dal in vegetarian dinner buffet would be great.
It would be a good idea for resort to offer small package tours to North Goa/casinos & Abbys aquarium /Dudhsagar falls/Paul Jon distillery & Cabo de Rama & some cruise options like sunset/dinner cruises in tie up.

The best deal I could ever get. FABgetaways gave us 4 days stay along with 3 lunch/dinner meals along with complimentary breakfast at the 5star property at a very decent price. I highly recommend to buy deals from FABgetaways to enjoy luxury at the nominal rates.

The stay at the mundota war fort was really pleasant. Hospitality was really good as the hotel staff always used to smile and say yes to every request.

Food was not very good. It was okay. The pictures of the fort posted online are much cleaner and vibrant than the actual reality.

But still the rooms were good and it was a good experience staying here.

Really expensive room rates if compared to the services offered.

Booking through fabgetaways was seamless although at a point there was alot of confusion created by different staff members of the company.

Being a fabgetaway select member , i did not get any special inclusions with my deal as promised in membership.
