good website that is unfortunate being let down by a small hand full of bingo players in the chat rooms like luciousluba, jadoredior, ilove2play, huskyliz who are constantly complaining + trying to stir fights up among other player. the chat moderators try and smooth things over and change the chat topic and they do manage to but these toxic ladys or gents just get away with it and do it over again every day. would of given website the 5 stars if these people were removed from the chatting rooms because they ruin it for other people and put them off the website.

Games lagging and glitching rewards are not rewarded and if they are they are suddenly removed wagering requirements are not collecting properly and the issue with the promotions which asks for a deposit and play requirements upto £25 for a upto £5 slots bonus are given in £1 separate bonus with a £3 wagering requirements for each £1 bonus which is cancelled if the £3 wagering is not met . i received a £5slots bonus which was in coins with a £25 wagering requirements i received 100 bingo tickets for wagering requirements of up to £50 played 26 and then half dissappear told id played 36 after being told I have played 26 with no explanation for the missing tickets then told I had not received the tickets due to not wagering enough to receive them id wagered more than the requirements but I couldn't access the history i wagered £30 for a bingo promotion that again disappeared once the wagering requirements were completed told I was able to access the reward then told I was told the wrong information and the reward was on the Sunday then told they had no clue what promotion I was expecting to send screenshot of the promotion knowing it was removed and I am unable to access any history then told I might have wagered and if I had the promotion was available Sunday also the tickets for bingo are only available to use in 3s so pointless to be played as its a room with over 600 players I've had many issues and not one of them are resolved I have to contact them through chat and email which is over multiple times I have spoken to 7 different people in chat with the chat being ended and they are all different responses being told different things
