Factory Plaza, Inc Avis

We had a great experience shopping here. We were able to see the product and all of our questions were answered. Installation was easy and we love our countertop.

Prices were phenomenal. Choices of granite were numerous. Mario was very helpful. I would definitely take the drive from Milwaukee area to Chicago to purchase again when we need more countertops.

Top notch people. Easy to work with. Very timely communication. Great products at very competitive prices. Will do business with them in the future.

Seam was not matched effortlessly (mismatched, have to redo their work). That was the only thing I did not like. Everything else went great. Installers were very punctual and friendly.

I am a contractor and used Factory Plaza for the first time. Excellent customer service (Magda), no problems, no worries. Contractor showed up to measure on time... professional... in and out. Job was in a difficult building (John Hancock Center) with a very restricted loading dock. Very tight scheduled time frame. Installers called ahead and showed up on time... did the work... professional... cleaned up... in and out. Quartz counter top was priced very well... looks great... excellent workmanship. Payment was easy and everything went as smooth as could be expected. Very happy with the end result - zero complaints. Will be using them again on my next job in a week and from now on. Price, quality, professionalism - can't ask for anything more.

Best quality & costumer service! I never even picked my granite selections in person. Purely out of trust & confidence in this organization!

Thanks for great quick service when in need to get counter top removed due to water issue in kitchen

Nice people, Quality granite, Professional install & Gr8 Price with no surprises !!

Factory Plaza was GREAT, and we are very pleased.
We ended up choosing a different granite slab from a supplier rather than the showroom; Factory Plaza was extremely accommodating, easy to work with, and they did not price gouge. Additionally, we had an issue that I wished to speak to an owner about; she returned our call within minutes and assured us of their commitment to the customer. We couldn't have been more pleased. The installers were professional. We will use Factory Plaza again soon for our downstairs kitchen.

Great people to work with. Sales representative was very knowledgeable and courteous. Our countertop was delivered on time as promissed. The installation crew were very professional, did a great job, and made sure that the installation was perfect. We are very pleased with our purchase and the best part was the price.
Definitely would recommend this company.

Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Great selection, friendly service, no hidden costs, reasonably priced.

We shopped around for a quartz counter top. This place had the best prices. Mario spent a lot of time with us answering our questions. Also, when they came out to measure, they took their time to make sure it was measured correctly. Just as an FYI, unlike the Box stores, Factory Plaza does not include the sink, so you either need to choose one of theirs or buy your own before its installed. We bought theirs and it worked out great. Installation went really well. There is only one seam which is really well hid. We chose the marble looking counter top. It is beautiful. We have received so many compliments.

Had a couple of flaws with the installation, but salesperson, Mario answered concerns quickly and got the installers back out to fix the problems. Done on schedule and quickly. Great value for the price.
