We carry out inspection and testing and provide certificates for landlords. We are experts in fault-finding and will get you back up and running quickly if you have an electrical problem. We want to make sure that your building and everyone in it are safe as well as having everything working as it should. Our passion is creating great lighting indoor and outdoors. We focus on energy saving without sacrificing stylish design. All our work is (of course) carried out to the current version of BS7671 - the IET wiring regulations. Looking for a good electrician
I found Sam many years ago when he first started advertising in the Home Helper magazine. At the time I was urgently looking for a good electrician and I have continued to contact Sam for all of my electrical requirements.

House electrical rewire
Very professional work through and through.
I was most impressed with the way I was advised and consulted on my requirements before the work commenced and given a robust realistic estimate.
Sam and his apprentice were highly professional at all times and completed all work to a very high standard. Any more electrical work will go to Factotum Expert from now on.
