Great customer service, quick mobile banking, lots of fee free ATM's in my area, and a good high yield savings account rate! And not getting bombarded with offers for credit cards or loans!

Fairwinds is a great banking option
Setting up an account was easy and the customer service was great and not overbearing. The app and website are easy to use. The interest rates are competitive compared to my big bank I previously used. The Ramsey bundle is what first drew me to Fairwinds and I'm glad I decided to try them out.

Excellent Experience!
I came in to convert my existing checking and savings into the Smart checking/Savings Bundle. The ladies made the process very easy and enjoyable! Held great conversation and had a chance to meet one of the new ladies behind the line. She was very kind and had no issue receiving help where needed. Great Job Team!

Poor loan servicing customer service
It’s extremely hard to get a real person to talk to you when you have a mortgage with them. You call the number and it just routes you to all these other options and you can never get a real person to pick up the phone. I had one question and it is still not responded to.

I wish there was an option for 4.5 because that’s what I would’ve chosen. I love the support, the rates, the quick responses to inquiries. I LOVE what they stand for! I appreciate the support for people still getting out of debt and learning to save! My only reason for the one less star than 5 was how loooooong transfers take. I switch my HYSA from another institution and they transfer same or next day. FAIRWINDS to my local CU takes 3-5 days.

Excellent Services
We've had an account with Fairwinds for just a few months, but I'm already very pleased with them! I love that there are no fees on international transactions and that the debit card is safe. When we made a purchase that normally would've "overdrafted", it just allowed us to pay what we had in the account instead, and we paid the remaining balance in cash. That is exactly what we want to happen! Thank you!

Real bank that cares
Your bank is really easy to become a member. Hearing a few days after becoming a member from an actual real human being was great! It made me feel like Fairwinds actually cared about me.
