I took my computer in because I wanted to change the name of the administrator, which wasn’t me, to my name. I didn’t know how to do it and I needed help.
The guy coupled it up and immediately said that the pc wasn’t working. I was puzzled, but thought it might have been knocked during transport. He said he would have to replace the hard drive. I had lots of music, pics and most importantly all my invoices as I’m self employed. He said he couldn’t guarantee moving everything over, but would save my invoices.
We I picked it up I asked if all was ok and was told yes. All my invoices had gone !
I was furious !

Excellent service, Order Wednesday delivered Thursday. was after the new fans by Thermaltake, as all other site have the old model number and the one the did have the new fans were all out of stock, Falcon computers had the new ones and in stock, which was great. Highly recommended

Poor customer service - best avioded
Headset was described on website as suitable to make calls but the sound was breaking up when making calls. Managing director tried to wriggle out of refunding my order and said that 'Skype relies heavily on internet connection'. Customer service is poor and you are confronted with endless arguments from retailer for returns. Be warned and avoid FalconComputer.co.uk.

Fantastic service, helpful, timely delivery. Upgraded a graphics card for free as advertised one was out of stock. Can't fault them. Will be back.

In my experience a terrible shop for…
In my experience a terrible shop for returns, they will try to wriggle out of it saying it goes under the manufacturers warranty even though they are legally obligated to sort it themselves. Some of the staff are condescending, bordering upon rude at times.

Excellent Service, and great prices. Had my Gaming rig built by Falcon, and very happy with it, Highly recommended for Gaming PC builds, will be going back in the future for upgrades ;)

Ordered a Falcon Maximus pc. Excellent customer service even phoned me to say a part was out of stock but they could replace it with a different brand. The pc was built next day and shipped immediately. Will definitely be using this company in the future.
