Have hired cars for family holiday trips from here a couple of times now. Each time they have been helpful and accommodating and we find the rates very reasonable. Cars have been well maintained and no issue at all.
No need to pay big bucks through the big companies when you have a company like this around - we'll be back!

We have had very good service from thiis company
We have had very good service from this company for 6 years. They are reliable and offer reasonable prices.
My only concern is that the fleet is getting a bit old, but I guess that is reflected in their prices.

Great value car rental company on the Gold Coast
The car rental business is extremely competitive, therefore I look for a company which treats me as a person and not just a number. The “family car rental company” has been extremely helpful and very well priced over the years I have used their service. I would highly recommend them to anyone visiting the Gold Coast.

Hi Connie & Matteo, a great big hug for the massive wrap that you have given us.
We like to think that the word "Family" in our name can mean several things. Yes, we are a family owned and operated company. Yes, our staff are like family to us and to each other. Yes, we rent cars to families and yes, we rent family style cars (as well as others). But the most important aspect of that word is that we like to think that we treat our customers like family.
Thank you for pointing that out.
All the best from all of us at Gold Coast Family Car Rentals
